NEW PAVING, (driveway paving, commercial paving, parking lot paving) we remove the old asphalt & haul away debris. Check for soft spots, sink holes, & under water springs. Repair if needed. Add gravel & stone dust for a base. Grade & compact with vibratory rollers. Then pave with 2 1/2″ to 3 1/2″ of hot road mix asphalt. Compact with vibratory rollers.

RESURFACE – first we cut out certain high areas & damaged areas. Also we cut out keyways, those are channels we cut in asphalt so it can tie in and transition smoothly into a walkway or the street …etc. At Three Brothers we haul away debris.

Then we fill in & patch all low / damaged areas with hot asphalt. This is to strengthen base & to level for correct water roll-off. Apply tar for an adhesive. Pave driveway or parking lot with 2 1/2″ to 3 1/2″ of hot road mix asphalt. Compact with vibratory rollers.
